A wonderful book about the man "Warren Angus Ferris" who surveyed the Bluffview area in 1840.
A history of the land that is often referred to as Bluffview in Dallas. Since 1924 it has been a residential area that is above the 80ft bluff. The area has no curbs, meandering streets and small green space tringles at street intersections.
